My psychotherapy practice is an expression of my love for working with people, as well as my life-long devotion to spiritual exploration and healing. For most of my life, I’ve been on a journey to grow emotionally and spiritually and to share this with others.
When working with clients, I bring a warm, down to earth style, which is compassionate as well as deeply intuitive and insightful. The depth of clarity and wisdom that I offer to people is a culmination of many years of meeting and learning from my own life’s challenges, as well as numerous advanced trainings in state- of -the- art psychotherapeutic modalities.
In my forty plus years as a psychotherapist, in addition to my licensed private practice, I’ve worked at various positions in the community, including: faculty member in the Naropa University Contemplative Psychology Department and psychotherapist at the Mental Health Center of Boulder County.
I’ve lectured/presented trainings locally and nationally on many specialties, including: spirituality and healing, ‘Highly Sensitive Person,’ trauma, abuse, PTSD, women’s issues, creativity development and stepfamilies.
In my free time, I love hiking, swimming, kayaking, standup paddleboarding, gluten-free baking, meditating and spending time with my husband and family. I also really enjoy humor and was a member of a comedy troupe for 15 years – and even dabbled in some one-woman stand-up comedy!
I would be happy to answer any questions you might have about working with me. I offer a free initial 15 minute phone consult and invite you to call me at 303-506-3507. You can also email me and I will get back to you.
